Step 1

• Double click the mouse button. It will display a dialog box in the window.

• You will see a dialog box appear as the picture show.

1. Types a name for the file field object.
   

2. Type a numbers to set the maximum number of characters you want the field to display.
   

3. Type a numbers to set the maximum number of characters the field will hold.
