To Export Table Data
Step 1

Place the insertion point in any cell of the table to be exported.

Choose the File tab from the menu Bar and select Export in the Menu. After that click Export Table.
Step 2

After enter to the Export Tab window, you will see two main things, which you can modify.

Select a delimiter value for the table data.

Select Line Breaks for the operating system for which you are exporting the file—Windows, Macintosh, or UNIX.
