Step 1

• Double click the mouse button. It will display a dialog box in the window.

• You will see a dialog box appear as the picture shown.

1. Types a descriptive name for the group of choices.
   

2. Type the value you want sent to the server-side application or processing script when a user selects this radio button.
   

3. Click Checked if you want an option to appear selected when the form first loads in the browser.
